    Training at the school will increase your stamina, flexibility, and strength. Most of our classes begin and end with rigourous physical exercises, and practice drilsl and sparring will improve your endurance.

    Our drills and training cause our students to become more aware of the mental and phsysical roadblocks they have to overcome in order to improve in the ring and out in daily life. Many of our students report a greater sense of self-confidence following our courses.

    Sparring requires well thought our strategy as well as being able to react quickly to your opponents moves. It's a fine science that turns a beginner's jittery kicks into an informed and intelligent fighter. Speed and reaction time are emphasized in training.

    Students are required to think for themselves and are held responsible for retaining lessons and recognizing areas they need to improve through instuctor guidance. Each student is taught to recognize their responsibility in the learning environment, and that their determination is the deciding factor in how quickly they progess.
